Japanese Street Food - "Nikuman" Steamed Buns

(Start - 6.30pm / £44 per person)

My Japanese steamed buns were very, very popular street food when I was doing many festivals, weddings or parties. Now I will let you have the recipe!

What you will learn and know....

- Home-made steamed bun dough.

- Nikuman filling.(Demo)

- How to portion, roll and shape buns with tips and techniques.

- How to steam, cooking time etc.

- Home-made quick "Tsukemono" pickled vegetables for side garnish.(Demo)

- Soy and mustard dipping sauce.
