- Start 6.30pm (Door will open at 6pm) for weekend supper night.

- Start 7pm (Door will open 6.30pm) for Tuesday supper night.

- BYOB (Glasses will be provided) 

- Menu may change slightly due to availability of produce.

- Smaller portions for children available.

- Vegetarian,Vegan, Pescatarian option can be available, please ask before booking.

Temaki Sushi Night

£32 per person

"Temaki" is Hand-rolled. You will have selection of sushi fillings, sweet vinegared rice, Nori seaweed.... yes! you can make your own sushi!

This style is very poular for dinner party in Japan. You also have some tasty side dishes and dessert too!

- Tuna soy mayonnaise with spring onion

- Teriyaki mackerel

YATAI Street Food Night

This is very casual supper night.

I will cook popular Japanese street food dishes and serve anytime when it's ready.

Yes, same as "YATAI" trailer in Japanese street!! 

 

Potato salad - Sweet potato, cucumber, spring onion and soy mayonnaise potato salad and tempura onion rings

 

Nikuman Pork Buns - Steamed pork buns with Ankake soy and ginger sauce 

 

Karaage Chicken - Soy, ginger and sake marinated crispy chicken with sweet soy chilli sauce

 

Udon Noodles - Sanuki Udon noodles in mild curry dashi soup, topped with wilted spinach, nitamago egg, spring onion and toasted sesame seeds

Teisyoku Supper Night

£32 per person

This night menu is not a 2 or 3 course dinner.

"Teisyoku" is set meal where all of the dishes in the course are served together as a set, including dessert!

Main plate 

- Sweet soy "Syouga-yaki" ginger loin of pork.

- Japanese burger steak with sweet soy mooli radish sauce.

- Panko hake katsu with Tonkatsu brown sauce.

- Shredded spring cabbage salad with a sweet soy, onion and garlic dressing.

 

Side plates

- Atsuyaki egg rolls.

- Chilli cucumber tsukemono pickle.

- Miso sesame aubergine.

- Steamed Japanese sticky rice.

Sweet soy teriyaki glazed mackerel and cucumber pressed sushi rolls with radish tsukemono pickle.

 

 

Main - Chicken Donburi Rice

- Donburi rice bowl topped with char-grilled chicken with sweet chilli sesame sauce, chicken katsu, steamed pak-choi and toasted sesame seeds.

Ramen Noodle Night

Ramen Night is set meal where all of the dishes in the course are served together (apart from dessert!) like Japanese noodle bar!

Ramen Noodles

Home-mede miso ramen noodles topped with stir-fried leeks & bean sprouts, 

char-siu pork, ajitama soft boiled egg, spring onion, nori seaweed and shichimi seven peppers.

 

Side dishes

- Pork gyoza dumplings.

- Crispy Japanese karaage chicken.

- Rice wine pickled vegetables.

- Steamed Japanese sticky rice.

 

Dessert
